Informed decisions for organizations that can't afford to guess.
We help civil society organizations working on migration, human rights, and governance navigate political change through rigorous research, practical strategy, and clear guidance. Our work is free for qualifying nonprofits.
Practical wisdom: the ability to judge well and act well.
Analysis is only useful if it helps someone decide what to do next.
Why we exist
Organizations doing vital work shouldn't have to make critical decisions in the dark.
Since 2025, sharp cuts in international funding have left many human rights, migration, and civil society groups with smaller teams and bigger problems. Laws change faster than they can track. Funders disappear. Political risks grow.
Prudentia International offers the research and strategic thinking these organizations would hire for if they could. We take on a small number of projects at a time, finish them well, and leave our partners with something they can use the same week.
Who we work with
Migrant and immigrant support groups
Legal aid providers, shelters, and community organizations facing rising demand and constant policy change.
Local civil society abroad

Human rights and religious freedom advocates
Small organizations defending minority communities and the right to believe, or not, without fear.
Diaspora and community networks
Groups connecting communities in the U.S. with developments in their home countries.

The founder
Diego grew up in Mexico, where he saw how poverty and broken trust in institutions shape people's lives. That experience led him to a career in policy and human rights, and it is the reason Prudentia International exists.
He spent three years at the Embassy of Mexico in Washington, D.C., working on U.S.–Mexico relations. Through a five-month EU governance program, he met with senior government officials in Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia on accession and reform.
He studied international relations at American University, concentrating in foreign policy and national security with a focus on transatlantic affairs. He works in English, Spanish, and French.
